bamboo coal?
it is Konbu. like omajinai.
and little bit of dashi, when take out it is slimyyyy
konbu or kombu – mother covers fish in it to protect it from a layer of salted egg white – sister makes tea that has nothing to do with kombu except the name… we joke about her creating life in the cupboard… the tea is left in a thermos flask upon leaving, the life is taken with her in a suitcase… hope you are all enjoying your miso~
