Approximately when did it expire? Why? Expired on 8/22/03, after 18 months of non-use a $1.5/month dormant charge will apply. There was a balance of $36.71 but I could not use it.
Where has it been located since the time of its expiration? In a purse I never use anymore.

Approximately when did it expire? Why? I just ripped it off the skirt. I don’t need it anymore.
